Parallel three-dimensional finite element method in the context of mechanics of materials

Packages and libraries

• Built on top of Sandia's Trilinos Project [Website | Documentation | Mailing List | Packages | GitHub] and uses, for instance, the packages:
  • Epetra for linear algebra,
  • Amesos, AztecOO, Stratimikos for direct and iterative linear solvers,
  • Teuchos for parsing XML lists of parameters,
  • ML, IfPack for preconditioners.
• Additional required libraries: GMSH, METIS, Boost.
